SHIPPING:

All orders are shipped via USPS. Confirmation, Shipping and Tracking information are sent to the email address provided at checkout. NO SHADE INC is not responsible for packages with a status of "delivered" or deemed "lost". For assistance with tracking please contact the United States Postal Service (800) 275-8777

RETURNS:

As a safety and hygiene precaution No Shade Inc does not accept returns. 

REFUND:

All merchandise is quality control tested before shipping and guaranteed to be sent in pristine condition. Should there be an issue with product quality/damage you have 24 hours from the date of delivery to send email with photo of product for consideration of refund in the form of store credit.
