Oh no! We’re sorry to hear that things didn’t work out but here's the good news: we accept returns within five (5) days of delivery date (date of which package was confirmed as “delivered”) for items in new/unworn condition. Just send us an email and we will work together to resolve your return.
Cost of return shipment is the responsibility of the customer with a complete refund of purchase.
Here's the thing. . . items sold as “clearance” are final sale and cannot be returned but may be exchanged on a case by case basis upon review by our customer service department.
As a token of our appreciation, customers who wish to return new/unworn merchandise are given a coupon for 10% off which may be used at anytime with no minimum purchase.
